About Us 

The Cogent Community is a student led not-for-profit that works with other grassroots and advocacy firms to strengthen and deepen societal and environmental impact. TCC designs community outreach and implementation projects around various themes. Resultantly, promotes four of the SDGs: financial inclusion, gender equality, access to quality education, access to health and hygiene!

Having worked in the Non-Profit space for over 5 years now, it's safe to say that I've been a part of multiple NGOs and TCC is hands down the safest, most proactive one! Earlier this year, when Aditi told me that she was launching her own NGO, I honestly expected nothing less. She is a wonder woman who knows exactly what she wants and will do anything to get it. Aditi and I had known each other for a good 6 months when she told me that she wanted to launch a Non-Profit Organisation of her own. That very moment, I just knew that I wanted to be a part of it. I am now the Head of Operations here at TCC and it has been nothing short of an absolute delight working here! From the work culture to the community building, Cogent has now become home. I have been here since day one and I cannot be happier seeing how far we have come!

A remarkable orator, Aditi has a sense of composure and carries herself with confidence. She is a grade 12 student who wishes to pursue Economics. Apart from sitting on the boards of international not-for-profits or sketching art, Aditi wishes to lend a strong voice for the underprivileged and the disenfranchised women. She has been an active part of the volunteering community since the last 2 years. She is empathetic and her talent of always seeing through any task right from the formulation to completion strikes people with profound amazement.

Abheeta Deepak 

Abheeta is one of the core volunteers of TCC. Although majorly a graphic designer, she volunteers to create written curriculum and content and also takes part in community outreach. She's punctual and is known for her quality work.  Abheeta has proved to be a great asset for the Bangalore team of TCC and continues to be our to go graphic designer!
