Our Sub Organization

Having worked in the Non-Profit space for over 5 years now, it's safe to say that I've been a part of multiple NGOs and TCC is hands down the safest, most proactive one! Earlier this year, when Aditi told me that she was launching her own NGO, I honestly expected nothing less. She is a wonder woman who knows exactly what she wants and will do anything to get it. Working with her in Cogent has most definitely been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life!

Aditi and I had known each other for a good 6 months when she told me that she wanted to launch a Non-Profit Organisation of her own. That very moment, I just knew that I wanted to be a part of it. I am now the Head of Operations here at TCC and it has been nothing short of an absolute delight working here! From the work culture to the community building, Cogent has now become home. I have been here since day one and I cannot be happier seeing how far we have come!

With this organisation, I had a great experience and had a lot of fun. I got along well with everyone I worked with. Working here and for this community is incredibly enjoyable. Helping others and those in need is the community's goal, making an effort to improve the world. This community can be extremely beneficial in terms of learning and growing. They are trying to effect positive change in our society.
